I acknowledge and accept that if there are any extenuating circumstances in which sessions have to be cancelled due to issues such as teacher absence, inclement weather or other emergencies, a partial refund of the termly fee will be arranged.

I acknowledge and accept that if I, or the child for which I am parent/guardian miss a session for any reason of their own accord, this cannot be refunded.

In the event that I, or the child for which I am parent/guardian wish to cease lessons with Apollo Theatre Arts, I will provide a minimum of one full term’s notice. If I, or the child for which I am parent/guardian wish to cease lessons in my first term with Apollo Theatre Arts, I will provide a minimum of one half term’s notice.

If I, or the child for which I am parent/guardian will not be in attendance on certain dates that I am aware of in advance, I will provide Apollo Theatre Arts with these dates so that lessons can be planned accordingly.

If I, or the child for which I am parent/guardian will be not in attendance at short notice due to illness or injury, I will inform Apollo Theatre Arts by 9am on the day in question.

I acknowledge and accept that in the event of a local or national lockdown, all classes will continue online, via Zoom, and refunds will not be issued.

I acknowledge and accept that shows, lessons, rehearsals and other activities may be photographed or recorded for both educational purposes (eg. dance routine for students to rehearse away from class) and promotional purposes (eg. social media or website use), and I consent to the use of images in which I/the child for which I am parent/guardian appear(s) by Apollo Theatre Arts.
