WE’RE SO EXCITED FOR YOU TO JOIN THE FAMILY! BEFORE WE GET STARTED THOUGH, WE NEED TO COVER A FEW THINGS…

TERMS OF ENROLMENT

• If there are any extenuating circumstances in which sessions have to be cancelled due to issues such as teacher absence, inclement weather or other emergencies, a partial refund of the termly fee will be arranged.

• If a student misses a session for any reason of their own accord, this cannot be refunded.

• We require one term’s notice to cease lessons with Apollo Theatre Arts. However, in your first term with us, we will accept half a terms notice.

• If a student will not be in attendance on certain dates that you are aware of in advance, please provide us with them so we can plan accordingly.

• If a student will be not in attendance at short notice, due to illness or injury, please inform us by 9am on the day in question.

• In the event of a local or national lockdown, all classes will continue online, via Zoom, and refunds will not be issued.

• Apollo students consent to shows, lessons, rehearsals and other activities being photographed or recorded for both educational purposes (eg. dance routine for students to rehearse away from class) and promotional purposes (eg. social media or website use).
